We were going to go on a hike and had a hotel booked for a night. Texted him 5 min before arrival and when i was there to pick him up. He hopped in the shower. I got annoyed that he did that because i communicated beforehand to be ready. He didnt like that and said that he thinks that i think my time is more important than his... he canceled the trip and we are not speaking because of this incident... Am i crazy or something?

I have got my L2 Dependent Visa stamped for the US through the Wife's organization and she has booked the tickets for the both of us in the next weekend. I am currently unallocated in TCS and seeking projects in the same US location as my Wife. I am worried because of the time crunch and will be glad to hear some points on this.

How many times would you your boss/managing attorney scream/berate you (not just frustration) before you quit? Some context: Yesterday morning managing attorney comes in legitimate screaming at me because I forgot (for the first time in over a year of employment) to lock the door when I arrived, he then brings up something that happened earlier in the week where I didn’t get clients payment info, instead emailed assistant to run payment since I’ve never been taught how to accept payment.

But last night, I had the worst cramps and now have light bleeding, and some clots 😭... this whole process is such an emotional rollercoaster.. has anyone else had a similar experience? I think this could be an early termination but not sure.

So I would like to thank everyone who posts comments and share their experiences. This helps a lot to understand the current market scenario and whether they are underpaid or not.
