For 6.6 yrs in SAP HCM, my current salary is fixed base - 20.95L with variable 10% =CTC - 23L.

I got offer from WM global technology services India pvt Ltd (I assume this is Walmart global tech).
Location: IN KA BANGALORE Home Office PW II
The offer has below

Annual base pay - 24L +
Retirals - 1.15L = Annaul fixed pay - 25.15L

Annual bonus (20%) - 4.8L
RSU (25%) - 6L

Total Target pay - 35.95L

Wanted to get your opinion on the offer. Pls help me out. Am I lowballed?
