Even though I have got some really good appreciations from senior management in terms of on-shore team appreciating my work, winning Living Our Values nomination and been getting spot ovations for monthly performance (both require approval from BU Head)

I joined TCS as a lateral (yoe=16) about 2.5 months back. I have been allocated to a project code, but there is no work yet. I have been asked to submit timesheet as Non-billable. Just doing some learnings as of now as manager says they are yet to convince client for Onboarding.Since it's not bench code I don't get any calls from resource management group also
1) Will it effect my confirmation which is bound to happen in 3 months of joining?
