Offering advice to job seekers who go around recruiters and message hiring teams, execs, etc. You are putting the Recruiters job in danger. If a Recruiter declines you or doesn’t choose to reach out, it is because the hiring team declined you, or you don’t have the experience. You will most likely not be considered for future roles because of this. When I see people giving advice to reach outside the Recruiter, it’s bad advice. Very rare is this a good idea.

What do you choose between CitiusTech and KPMG (Lightouse) India?
Both Offer the Same CTC.
CitiusTech is offering Software Engineering.
KPMG is Offering Associate Consultant.
But looks like both tend be the same kind of Job profile

I got an offer from amdocs and the hike given was just 16% on my current CTC.
