I am currently having 4 years of experience in BSW Integration. Is it bad to continue in the same domain for 2 more years? And is it a good to switch now considering the current job market in the automotive domain?
Can someone also tell me any companies currently hiring in this field??

PS: I am not fully aware of the job market now. Since many of my friends in other automotive companies, say they are facing layoffs. Can someone educate me on the current market too??

At this point in the game it doesn't make a difference where you at everybody is getting laid off at one point or another the only thing I say is try to repair yourself for it if it happens to you

hi all, currently have two offers:

1: EY - FDD, home city, very good $$ for FDD

2: PwC - post-merger integration, DDV team (essentially M&A Consulting) - bigger city, always been keen to move

Coming as a Senior in Audit, with recent FDD exposure (2 deals, obviously not much). I was looking for something more than just number crunching, wanting a mix of quant / quali / strategic work. M&A Advisory or a Corp Strategy role is where I'm looking to end up long term.

I am only 4 months into being a surgical coordinator. I love the position itself however I am struggling to adapt into my new work environment. Why are the experience and skills required for a certain title inconsistent across departments? Some have a low bar, others a high one - at the same agency.

I'm an accounts receivable expert with 8+ yrs of experience. I started with 96k per annum in 2014, and have worked with 4 different MNCs since then. Currently I'm getting approx 9Lpa, and it feels like I'm pretty much stuck here. Switching jobs increases the pay scale, while staying for a while reflects stability.

When I look at the other member's comments here, it seems majority of folks are earning 20-30Lpa or even more.

Any suggestions from mature audience to achieve a big pay raise.

How do you get good at thinking on your feet? I find I always need time to think and analyse before being able to answer client queries (even those that are considered simple by others). I don't want to rush and get it wrong. I avoid phone calls for this reason which isn't great when you're in the service industry so it's starting to impact my career.
