I am currently working at Morgan Stanley and have an offer for conversion to full time employee. I have 2 years of experience.
At the same time I have an offer from athenahealth (which I had accepted).
CTC is more or less the same.
Work at Morgan Stanley is not that interesting, monotonous and legacy tech. Whereas athenahealth provides better tech stack and opportunities to work on new technology.

Did I make the right decision ?

Once you get into a FAANG company, is it better to stay where you are or move around? I’m a dissatisfied with my current job but I have vesting stocks, work 9-5, and people to know and respect me. Hi fishes, I have recently attended an interview with Accenture India Accenture couple of days back and can see the candidature status is on hold after my 1st round of interview. Hi, i have been laid off by publicis sapient & my LWD was at 30dec, 2022. I got a job within 15 days and asked ps to prepone my LWD to 30nov, 2022. During the layoff meeting they said I will get salary till 30th dec, even of i leave early with bonus of 5% of my total compensation and leave encashment money also. With all this I am supposed to get approx 2 lakh. But I got 56k today. I am not sure if it is the F&f settlement or not. Can anyone help?

I have a query. Offer agreement states that termination can be initiated from either party by giving 3 months prior notice or equivalent pay. I want to know if the company can force me for an early release. Is it authentic to do that Or I should ask for 3 months complete notice period or equivalent pay.?
