What should my requested salary be for a Senior Intelligence Analyst position with CrowdStrike ? I have a bachelors degree and 5 years of experience as an intelligence analyst. Current salary is 56k in NC, but when I was in DC I was making 86k (big locality change)… which makes me confused on what I should expect for a remote job.

Try for cloud financial analyst kind of roles then that doesn’t need coding, but yea needs deep understanding of cloud services and cost savings parameters.
Have you thought about getting into a Devops role? It will complement your existing profile better so that your current experience is not wasted and you get to choose between a sysops role or become a developer eventually if that is what you like. There are many private institutes out there that offer coaching. Start talking with them and sign up for something you like. Side by side at your current job and jump ship when you are ready to take the leap and have the next job lined up. As the demand for Devops is crazy right now.
Although I would take the advice these institutions offer with a grain of salt as they themselves have sales targets.
On this platform itself or LinkedIn try and find people who would be willing to have a meeting with you to better understand different types of roles Devops has to offer so you can make an informed decision. Hope this helps! All the best!
