I am interested into a role with McKinsey and wanted to understand if I apply via the portal which are the search keywords I should look out for? Currently I am applying in Digital Associate jobs and Engagement manager jobs. Are there any other filters I should be applying ?

I received a recognition in September and later in October month I resigned. Is there any policy that if associate has raised separation from Accenture then he will not receive any hike or variable bonus even if his last working day is in Jan 2022?
