I have a senior systems analyst offer at Jersey City. However, I feel that I was low balled by the recruiter when he gave me a base of 120K(the job description showed 76K to 144K base) and 20% bonus. I have 11 years experience. The role is grade 5. What's the average base pay for a grade 5 senior systems analyst.

Besides salary is there any additional bonuses, stock options, etc to expect as you advance to SVP and EVP?

YOE: 3.1 years
Current CTC: 9.5 LPA all fixed
Tech stack: Java
I have following job offers:
UKG: 18 LPA (16 fixed) + 1 Lakh JB
Snapdeal: 22LPA (20 fixed)
Freecharge: HR discussion is pending but would offer more than 20 LPA

Not sure what to choose, designation is SSE in every company.
I want good work culture, WLB, good tech stack.
Also, I have 1 month NP left, can you suggest me some good companies to apply?

I recently got offer letter from kyndryl. my YoE is 11.5 Years and skill set is that of DevOps (Python, Ansible, AWS, rDBMS, shell etc). Kyndryl offered the band 7a with salary 21lpa. Am I underpaid? Should I have asked for more?

Currently I am working as a automation tester and have 4.3 yrs of exp in globant. But due to return to office, I resigned from globant. I have few offers from telus(permanent WFH), Zs associates (WFO), Hughes Systique(WFO).

For telus, the shift is 1-10pm. anyone suggest which one to choose?

I had 21 as fixed and 3 variable. Good salary for my experience. But then came covid and now I'm at 48 fixed salary.
Thanks to covid I was able to achieve this salary at just 7 yoe. When I joined the industry my manager at 10+ experience was earning 10-12 lakhs.

Initially interview was for I grade in fund accounting. After documentation hr said they r hiring me for h grade I get ready for that too with offer of 12 lakh. But all of sudden hr is saying she is not confirm whether I'll get offer or not. They are bluffing all around to giving my offer. What should I do now

I just graduated from my bachelors and I have received an offer for 3k per month (incl bonus) from Accenture in tech consulting (level 11), which was my top choice. However, I am not very satisfied with the pay so I wanted to ask:

Curious what the base and commission structure is for inside sales and associate director of sales in biotech (also anyone else who wants to share pls put industry). Paid hourly or salary? At the biotech company I work at avg inside sales is $62,632 with a $3500 per quarter cap. Commission structure is % based on sales quota reached vs capped (not a direct % of sales). Got an offer from Fidelity for principal analyst position in the cyber sec team . They are offering a base of 120k along with all the other standard benefits ( like 25% bonus opportunity , 10% profit sharing etc ) . Sign on bonus is like 10k ( that is also low considering the bonus I am missing out in the current org ) …. I liked the team and position but lowballed with the compensation and i don’t think it’s big enough from what I make. Any Advise ? Isn’t this low offer?
