Tech stack: Azure data factory, Azure data lake gen2, Azure Databricks, Logic app, SQL, PySpark
CCTC: 5.83 LPA
Offer inhand: 11 LPA

How much I can expect/negotiate with pac HR?
Is it good to consider pwc India?

Offers :
Accenture: 9.98 LPA (21% variable)
Mindtree: 11 LPA (can be negotiated)

PwC Accenture Deloitte EY

Is it ok if company says thet joining bonus will be given after completing 3 months???
