I joined Tech Mahindra as a UX Designer with U3 band. During the hiring process, I was promised that I would be assigned to a project. However, it's been two months, and I haven't had a single client interview yet.

If this continues, is there a possibility that they might terminate my employment after the three-month period?

Who in the agency would you say has the ultimate responsibility to come up with the agency’s pricing & services model? Sales? Finance? Ops? Project Management? Other? I accepted a job offer in April to start a few months from now, post clerkship. All conflicts/background check went smoothly etc. Since accepting my offer, the firm has increased their 1st year pay across the board to be higher than my offer was (which was, at the time, what 2nd yeas got).
