Hello Fishes , I was interviewing for a consulting role in Deloitte Dubai . The process started in July and got dragged till September. My partner feedback got delayed by a month ( though the interview went well, I was surprised that Deloitte took 1 month to get back to me after multiple follow ups ) The current HR has been telling me that the process is over yet my offer letter is to be approved by the partner ,HR BP . Again I m left guessing , what is causing this delay is this a comn practice

Should you discuss salary range with an internal company recruiter prior to setting up an interview? With external recruiters it’s pretty easy to talk about the expected range. I am trying to avoid wasting all of our time if i get to the last interview and they are expecting a salary that is too low for me.
