I am .net + Azure developer with 9.5yrs experience. Current ctc is 24.

I got a offer,

Publicis sapient : 34 base, time flexible, senior Associate l2

Chevron : 30 base + 2.5 bonus + 7.5% to 12.5 % variable. (130 to 1030 mandatory wfo), senior integration developer

UST : 34.5 base + 5% base, flexible time, Azure lead 1.

Please provide your perspective or ideas, which might help in taking a better decision.

If I negotiate my salary and they say no, does that retract my offer. Nothing is in writing as of yet…

Cognizant- 21L fixed and 1.5L variable
PWC - 22L fixed

This is for a guidewire role.
Which is a better offer? What would be a good option for growth wrt role, salary etc.
Also, PWC claims to offer variable based on their fixed CTC based on the ratings.. is this true ? How much is the avg percentage given?

I got offer of 148+ ,10k bonus from deloitte on sc role.I am currently on h1b.. currently on 102k and there will be increase in salary for us this year and some bonus.. I was not actively looking but now confused should I join.. looking work culture etc. Need suggestions.. thanks

I want to ask for a 20%raise, knowing that the company is planning the year budget around now should I give my manager a heads up as to what I’m expecting before my salary review? I got a 0.6% raise at the start of 2020 and a 4% in April this year. The raise this year came with the title of “Lead” and more work responsibilities, talking with a co-worker we now make about the same amount. I started working here right out of college (10 years).

YoE 5 Years in Industry after MCA

Currently at BNY Mellon with 10 YOE, specifically in Corporate Trust working CLO/CDO’s (first job out of college). I’ve moved around within the bank a few times but I’m just not happy here nor am I where I want to be in terms of comp . I want to pivot into something else but I have no clue what skills I could transfer elsewhere as what we do is so niche. HELP! Company wants me to move to the US for a Remote role - Is this reasonable? Hi, I'm moving through the stages for a Remote US role as a Canadian candidate. They mentioned if I were to be offered, expectation is I'd move to the US. I find this odd as the role is Remote but guess it's legal purposes. Good thing is, this comp also has a Canandian office BUT they said bringing me on through the Canadian office is not smth they do.

KPMG has only mentioned the fixed part of salary in the offer letter. Somehow the recruiter said the % variable part wouldn’t be mentioned in it. While on call she said the variable can go upto as high as 20% of fixed but usually above 10% for an average rating. So would it be right for me to say the CTC is Fixed + 20% fixed without being explicitly said in the offer letter?

Hi All, I attended interview for Capgemini.After technical round I recieved a mail from their Hr team asking for documents like payslip , last year form 16 , certificates and id proof. I was surprised as I didn't receive any call from their Hr team mentioning I got selected and no salary discussion took place . Finally after contacting them they informed this is the usual process and they will send offer letter only after sharing these information. Can anyone confirm if this is legit their hiring process?
