I would like to hear from an Amazonian how is the work culture in Amazon.
1. Many companies hire people for SDET or qa and later provide them manual testing only. How is it there?
2. Second thing what should be my expected salary if I want to negotiate with the HR for 2+ years experience as a QA from TCS. I checked on the ambition box where it advised 9-13.5 , the thing is my low current CTC 4.17
3. Some comments i read that team members are not very helpful, is it true?

I work as a worker’s compensation adjuster and I cannot seem to get the hand of loss of time. Been in the same role for a year. Any piece of advise? Hi, I did interview with amazon.

Round 1: HR round. cleared.

Round 2: Hiring manager round. Went well.

After 2 weeks they said Role no longer available. It was L5 supply chain role. This happened in April. Can I apply again in Amazon? I joined a company 3 months ago, does it look bad in CV to leave again in 3 months? I hv a 6 month gap in career in 2019 due to lay off (covid). total exp 9 yrs. SCM exp 6 yrs.

I will have to relocate to South India (from Delhi) for this and probably the offer may not cater to my expenses.
