I’m a GenAI Developer with 2.9 YOE, currently working at Capgemini with a CCTC of 5.6 LPA. I currently hold an offer from Deloitte India for 13.2 LPA (11 L fixed).

I recently got selected at Tiger Analytics for the Sr. Analyst / Data Scientist - GenAI + DE role and have submitted the required documents. I’m currently awaiting the offer letter.

Can anyone tell me how much they might offer and how much I should quote?

I received an offer from big 4 with 60% hike. My managers wants to retain and I asked them to match if you want me to be retained.
Now I got a call from GPM yesterday. He used harsh words like "being greedy" "selfish" etc and offered me 30% in the end.
I politely declined but he asked me to reconsider as he said "it would be unfair for the org for you to leave so soon."

Let me know a proper response.

Also what do you think of this behavior by GPM?
