Reps, you have a client who you’ve had for less than a year. You’ve helped them secure a couple small jobs in that time span. They book a big job with an agency that isn’t a house account but certain producers and clients at that agency are noted as house accounts. The job came through a reco from one of those house account producers. Do you charge the full 25k commission, even though you didn’t really have a hand in the sale, and the client already had a strong relationship with the agency?

Just read the sad news of the death of 1st AD John Nolan. (See wheresspot for thread) While I hope be didn't contract Covid on either of the 2 sets mentioned prior to his illness and death, if it comes back that he did, we need to have a long hard chat about what went wrong.
