Hello fishes. Need your suggestions. I have worked at Accenture for 2 yrs as a software developer and due to interest in core side, took training in Rv-Vlsi and placed in capgemini as PHYSICAL DESIGN ENGINEER . And it's been 9 months, I didn't get any project. I am much frustrated as I am wasting my imp time. I was in the final stages of an interview with Microsoft two weeks ago, in partner marketing. Then the recruiter told me they were putting the hiring process on hold to assess the need for the role. Well, then we heard about Microsoft layoffs last week. Seems like most were in Xbox and Project Alpha but there’s not a lot of information out there. Should I hold out any hope that I’m going to get this job? Any insights on how much these layoffs have impacted the marketing org and/or new hiring?

Location constraint:
I have got a very good offer that i cannot deny, but location is Hyderabad, I want this in Bangalore location. I am not onboarded yet, spoke to HR , he said it is not a big problem, Thoughtworks is very flexible.
Currently it is WFH, but once it is back to office.. I dont want to relocate. How easy it is relocate from Hyderabad to Bangalore, Thoughtworks

I'm a javascript/react developer since inception of my career & haven't worked much on CICD/JENKINS and similar technology.
Should I be worried that as a lead I don't know these and will it affect by job security?

Hi folks, how is thoughtworks as an organisation?
Asking because I don't know much about it and have received recruiter's call today. Currently I am working in Deloitte. How is thoughtworks hikes, wlb, does it provide any benefits apart from fixed pay? My research gives me a mixed review: some say it's good, some say that thoughtworks is not stable enough like big 4 or other organisations. Pls help Thoughtworks Deloitte

Take a vacation, come back and start prepping hard to leave. Do minimum legally required work for project.
Screw communities and other initiatives- won’t help you.
Sit and think why that is happening.
Is your team not good? In that case change the team.
Is it happening due to too much wfh? Then start coming to office.
Is work not that challenging enough? Change the project.
Are you demotivated due to compensation? Change the company.
Last but not least, this feeling can come bcos of low vitamins as well. My friend faced that. After vitamins in the body were balanced , he again started feeling energetic.
