I am BPO4 and currently on Notice period 3 weeks to go..have been offered onsite UK and is almost confirmed as I spoke with candidate whos replacement I am residing in UK....my query is how is the grade mapping done, they say my grade- its C2 equivalent..will the grade affect my salary onsite?? Anyone knows the BPO to IT Grades mapping?? When should I pull back papers like on what kind of confirmation?? I AM COMMENTING AS WELL FOR CONTINUED QUERY

Clawback clause in current contract: been in role for over 2 yrs, it was an internal move that required relocation. Relocation was approved shortly after (over 2 yrs ago) but covid meant the actual move and start of my contract with new subsidiary was delayed, I was paid by the previous subsidiary meanwhile. I got small relocation package. Would internal move be subject to a buy-out/clawback clause if I leave now and if yes, is it time in role or time under new contract? Any experience? Thanks!

How does YOE work for comp?

My total is different from post-grad different from manager titles. Some companies consider manager title to determine YOE for comp which didn’t make sense.

I have an interview with Korn Ferry for an associate principal role and am curious about others’ experiences have been with work-life balance here. Also, I have an idea of what I should be compensated in this type of role, but any insights on how they pay compared to others would be helpful.
