Stuck in taking decision between EY-GDS vs IBM .
IBM fixed offers 1L more than what is in EY-GDS. But hearing that salary will be stuck and growth will not be there afterwards if I join IBM. Where as getting lot of positive feedback about EY in terms of growth and increments .
YOE: 9.5 years
Getting senior consultant in EY and Band 7B in IBM.
Skillet: Azure Data Engineering , Pyspark.
