2. Have they started any new ofc in HSR area?

3. What is the current office policy ( how many days a week/total in month)? Have they started attendence tracking like Pune offices or still WFH is going on?

Can we do 3-4 days WFH from outside India? Any legal/HR compliance? Anyone did that?

Hello all, I am a production manager for a sign design and manufacturing company. I have been with the company for six years now starting as lead graphic designer working my way to the production manager. since becoming the production manager two years ago I am responsible for 4 large format printers and 1 vinyl plotter. I’m wearing too many hats but I love what I do. I would love to be a remote graphic designer but I don’t know where to start. Any suggestions?

When I look for the part time roles I only find shady MLM and some delivery jobs. Nothing wrong in delivery jobs, but I am more inclined towards WFH role as me and my wife are pregnant.

Can you guys suggest where can I find reliable part time roles?

I have an informational interview with a Managing Director on Friday about a manager role. I currently serve in a client services role and do not have traditional consulting experience (billable hours, etc.). Additionally, while I’ve worked with McKinsey, Accenture, McKesson, and other teams on major projects, I don’t have experience putting together the strategy, more of a support function. Do you all feel that the Health Insurance choice is actually all the same? The coverage is absolutely copy and paste for Bronze to Platinum and the deductible/copay is very similar.
I just don’t understand why we have the illusion of “choice” if the offer is the same and it is really bad (in our case).
Going from $61 per paycheck for 2.5k deductible 75% copay to $500+ per paycheck with 500 deductible 85% copay.
Other firms have better health insurance?

I'm interested interviewing for a position that was advertised as DOE. I understand this means depending on experience, but is there a range I should ask for? If they ask my desired salary, do I tell them? I haven't interviewed for a position like this before.
