I recently had an initial interview for a technical recruiter position. The guy on the phone stated that this is not a 9-5 job and long hours are expected. I proceed to ask how much PTO is offered and he said that is not recommend within the first 6 months of working and the harder you work the more PTO you receive. Hi fishes, urgent. I have offers from two companies. One is offering x. Another x + 6. While telling the company (with x offer) that i have got offer from another company, do i have to show the whole offer letter to negotiate? And if i'm showing only the salary breakup page, should i hide the company logo?

An offer HSBC is in pipeline ( 28 fixed as per Recruitment consultant). Position offered is Senior consultant specialist.

So, I’m interviewing for a position that fits perfectly, HR likes my profile, had great conversations with them. Today I had a Panel interview with HR and the hiring manager. The manager is not experienced, it’s her first r manager role and she’s been in it for 3 months. I was prepared but was out of breath the entire interview, had a knot in my throat, had trouble finding my words. It’s like I had PTSD when this manager came into the picture. Ever had that?

CTC: 11lpa
Savings- Around 5.5 lakhs (1lakh bank and 4.5 lakh stocks MFs)
savings 30% of salary each month./

I know my savings are not much as compared to YOE But trying my best.

I have 5 YOE and i interviewed for CON and have been offered for consultant position, during the negotiation because of max salary restriction for the position she tried for Assistant manager then came back to me saying stakeholders said they can't hire for AM in deal Analytics and so can offer consultant for the same package.

Would love to hear your insights.
