I have an offer with optum for 17 fixed as grade 26

At the same time I was interviewing at another firm and got both offers simultaneously .

Another firm has 21.5

Can they provide more if counter on the above offer? How much is the max they give for grade 26?

Optum job location is Hyderabad and I am looking for bengaluru so is there a possibility of location change

So far I received offers from PwC India, Capgemini and Lexmark for Data Engineering.

More are in pipeline from KPMG GS, TechM, Accenture.

But one peculiar thing is happening. I have appeared for 4 Cognizant interviews but in all I have been rejected. Whereas most of my friends had easily cleared Cognizant. I am switching tech, so I am a bit concerned like whether my knowledge is too shallow😐

I need advice : My Manager wants to Propose to me a new work schedule for shifts where I only work in a fixed day shift , because I argued that Night Shifts gives me health complications as I don’t get enough sleep almost none at all during those weeks with Night shifts. Even though his proposal is attractive in a way I don’t want to throw away the amount of extra income I get from the shift rotation., which I highly need. How do I refuse this offer politely and smartly?

They cant put me on performance defaulters as I voluntarily resigned and also got good feedback from client.
The reason I resigned was the sh^^head manager and project.
He said I would be released from project soon and then on bench but after resigning he is saying you have to serve the NP n we cant release early.
This is only option left to get released from this sh^t place
