I have recently received a job offer from Axtria as a data science manager. I am offered with 28 lpa fixed and 1lpa as variable and 1lpa as joining bonus. I have 6.5 years of experience and will be joining soon. I have few questions in mind :

1. Am I lowballed with Designation and Salary.
2. How is the work culture and work life balances across projects?
3. What are some on-site opportunities with Axtria?

I have just recently accepted a position as Director of Compliance at a Fin-Tech company here in Naples, FL.. My previous 17 YOE were strictly in the Financial industry. Does anyone know what the average salary is for this position? I have a sinking feeling that I accepted the role too quickly without comparing salaries. The position only pays $50k/year. That seems low to me.

I am interviewing at a Production Studio and it’s going well. The majority of my experience is agency side.
