I was selected for TCS. HR discussed and confirmed CTC they can provide on 13th July Monday. But they didn’t share any offer letter yet even though I said my LWD is 15th July and DOJ with other company is 20th July.

I have been following up with the concerned HR for the same. He is stating that he is still working internally to get CTC approvals and initiate offer letter ASAP.

Generally how many days HR takes to release the offer letter post salary discussion?

Hi all! I work at a nonprofit and am looking to leave the organization. As I browse available positions in my area, I’m realizing there is a LOT of crossover between my current org and others, for example shared board members, folks who are on our board and employed at one of the institutions I’m interested in, etc.. If I have a valid H1B until May 2025, will the i131 being denied have any impact on me? I need to travel out of country and I know that’ll result in i131 being denied automatically. I have filed for 485 in July 2022 and hopeful that it’ll get approved before my H1B has to be renewed in May 2025.
