Is promotion cycle for 2025 is closed for ibm isl? Any idea?
My manager mentioned that she nominated my name for promotion this year and its been 3 months I did not hear anything after that so worried if the cycle is closed and my promotion may be dropped

Have an offer from a dream company but I'll need to go in at a lower level. Knowing that I can bring a lot of value to the company (read- I know my worth), I negotiated with the hiring manager to have a level/comp review 6 months after employment. If I hit all my goals (ie, prove myself) within that time frame, I'll get a promotion and salary adjustment.
QUESTIONS:
Should this be in writing in the offer letter?
How detailed should it be? I assume I won't know what goals to set till I start...

So I have my bachelors in criminal justice and I just finished my paralegal certificate course today. My attorney should be making partner this year. With that being said I told her that I would complete my certificate by the summer around the time she would make partner. The division I work at seems to have some weird shady Ora’s about it, unexplained spending, intentional lack of raise’s, and pay scales that are all over the map. Curious what’s a fair salary in MA?
