Is promotion cycle for 2025 is closed for ibm isl? Any idea?
My manager mentioned that she nominated my name for promotion this year and its been 3 months I did not hear anything after that so worried if the cycle is closed and my promotion may be dropped

My salary was 3.1L until march 2022 and then post promotion 4.5L. I am serving notice period currently and I recieved a mail to submit Actual Investment Proof. What does it mean please help I am not getting clear idea. Should I file ITR with this salary?

What is the average hike provided in Reliance Jio for an employee who is already at market standard and at Manager position. Consider he rated top in a fiscal year with no promotion? Please consider 4 year average while answering if possible.

Guys anybody from Verizon have received the hike percentage for performing rating. I think this year also they won't adjust the package with market standards. ? Can anyone throw some light on this. For last 2 yrs i am receiving performing and also manager haven't initiated the mts 3 promotion. Please share a way to get a hike than getting only 10 percent

Hey everyone. I found out we are expecting our first child and I’m really nervous. I got into consulting one year ago and I’m up for promotion this year. With timing of our performance conversations I would have to inform I’m pregnant before outcomes - then shortly after the promotion effective date I would go on a leave for due date. I’ve worked really hard and I’m worried our wonderful news will throw chances with this :(- also if I don’t get promoted pretty sure it’s up or out. Any advice?

Joined Ericsson a year ago. Learned new things but not enough. Thinking of leaving it and join some other org. What do you think? I wanted some on-site opportunities but so far nothing.
I know the raise will be in between 5-10%. But the part I missed the most is learning. I can use their portal but that is all theory and can’t do much if they don’t provide the time for it .

Need some feedback! So I was forced to move jobs about 6 months ago due to reorg and the new leader opting to bring their existing EA with them, without even meeting me.
