Sort of houseplant related... but does anyone actually have experience with large fake plants, specifically the best places to get them? I have a large collection of live houseplants but I wanted a large (5’) fake plant for a place in my house that gets little to no sunlight. A lot of the ones I’ve seen look super cheap for how much they cost and I figured someone here might have some good advice :) TIA

I’m around 21 weeks and have been dealing with a lot of leg, tailbone, back, and general muscle pain. Since I do work long hours Monday- Wednesday (10hr +) I’m trying find a comfortable chair to switch to. Any recommendations? Anyone else finding it very difficult to get any enjoyment out of account management these days? Any coping tips? Why is HCL delaying the offer letter?

HCL is offering me 3.2 band for 15 years experience and 38 lpa. Is it the correct band for my yoe?

I cleared all my rounds for 2.2 level and shared all my documents on the link HR shared. It's been two weeks and the offer letter is not generated. The HR keeps telling me to wait until Friday and then postpones to next week. Can anyone help me understand this?
