Unless you have Citi As only offer go for other organization. Things are too uncertain specially for India people. In last organization restructuring India management lost their entire power.. whatever they say.. everything is decided by US management only.. Secondly with Trump coming lots of layoff happening in offshore locations and positions are moved to onshore location. No hike or bare minimum hike from last so many years..thirdly late night calls and no work life balance.. so if you don't have any other offer join CITI.. else stay away
Though UBS is equally bad considering integration of Credit Suisse happening now. But would still prefer UBS over CITI. No Late night calls since UBS is EU centric. Job security and culture is equally concerning.. though won't say its good but slightly better than CITI. Overall we have to choose bad amount the worst. So should go for UBS. Remember salary hike, bonus, promotions are bad in both the organizations.
+1
If you have a better offer from some decent org go for it, else these firing and all is going to be everywhere so can’t run from it.
WLB depends on your current project and team.
UBS without any 2nd thought
