Hey! I’m new here and would like some input. I’ve been working in a new position for almost 5 months. In that time I’ve witnessed some unethical and lots of unprofessional behavior. I’ve been yelled at and berated by my coworker 3 separate times because of minor errors. I’m ready to quit. There are so many major issues in this company that I don’t know if I want to subject my mental health to this degree of toxicity. I just don’t know how to move forward from here.

Any roles within Big 4 that would hire with no degree? Could be anything - doesn’t have to be consulting. Asking for a friend! TIA!

Clawback clause in current contract: been in role for over 2 yrs, it was an internal move that required relocation. Relocation was approved shortly after (over 2 yrs ago) but covid meant the actual move and start of my contract with new subsidiary was delayed, I was paid by the previous subsidiary meanwhile. I got small relocation package. Would internal move be subject to a buy-out/clawback clause if I leave now and if yes, is it time in role or time under new contract? Any experience? Thanks!

Any tips on how to improve lining thickness? My RE had me on Estrace for a week before starting Prometrium (vaginally) a few days ago, but my lining is only a little above 5mm. What is everyone’s unhealthy habit they just refuse to shake? Mine is that if I see chips and queso on a menu I am 100% ordering it. If it is queso with chorizo I might as well order two servings. It brings me so much joy to just eat a chip covered in cheese 😂

My skin has always been a little dry. I’ve used plain coconut oil on my face for years (as a moisturizer) but recently stopped because my fave would just get red after application. Whenever i have a big deadline, my body goes into a panic mode where my energy immediately goes to figuring out how I’ll get something done well and on time. I started at a new company 2 months ago and while I’m really enjoying my job so far, I’m having a hard time gauging whether or not I’m doing a “good job.” My role seems to be always evolving, which is fine and I actually enjoy being a support to the greater marketing team, but I feel like I need better defined targets to make sure I’m meeting expectations.
