Hello guys..ibm isl has offered me 42 lpa fixed + 6 jb but I got another offer with 50 lpa fixed + 4 jb for which I was interviewed earlier. But I m interested in joining IBM ISL.

Can I negotiate with ibm ISL for matching with it? Will they match it? Will they withdraw current offer in any other case?
