Starting to see a lot of compensation threads and even within the same city, the variance of salary is really noticeable. I didn’t expect the spread to be this high, especially in high COL areas.

If I’m coming into Salesforce as a L6 in CSM, would I be able to get RSUs once promoted to L7? Does it work like that?

My joining date mentioned in IBM Offer letter which I received just a while ago is second week of November, 2021. However, I have 90 days notice period. It also says to accept within 3 days and a clause is written that joining date can be revised only till 5 days. Will ibm revise my joining date ? Hi All ,My skillset is sap ewm functional .I mostly see openings in service based companies .Compensation offered compared to other skills like Java, big data ,python etc is very low.For instance for a 10 yoe the maximum budget is 28lpa offered by a big4 ,typical service based companies offer even lesser .
