I've offers from both of these firms with almost similar package. The role is not related to consulting but more into the technical+business side.
If I go with Bain, will it be more fruitful wrt brand value and job switch in next few years?
Also, how is the hike and compensation benefits for the employees at Bain?

Any sort of help/advice is more than welcome!
