Hello I am an Account/Marketing coordinator looking to jump to an account manager. I have managed some of my companies smaller non traditional clients (anything but a hospital). I do not see any possibility for growth in my company especially since I have “other duties” that are not related to account management. Such as delivering pallets of mail to the post office. I often feel these “other responsibility’s are not helping me grow. I was also told those duties aren’t worthy of a raise. HELP

I am an account manager. More on the Operation side than sales. I help manage day to day needs of our client, develop training docs, and usually the go to for the coordinators when they can’t solve any issues in the account. I have not received a raise in a little over a year and I feel underpaid with my background. How big of a bump in salary should I request?
