I have applied to lots of different apprenticeships and I have tailored my cv and cover letters to the business and showcase each skill I have that aligns with what the role seeks. I am really not having any luck and I know I really don’t want to go to university as it just is not for me. I recently had an initial interview for a technical recruiter position. The guy on the phone stated that this is not a 9-5 job and long hours are expected. I proceed to ask how much PTO is offered and he said that is not recommend within the first 6 months of working and the harder you work the more PTO you receive. From that conversation, I saw instant red flags. Any thoughts?
