I applied for a visitor visa for my parents under 1 application. We paid a total of $170 for the family biometrics fee. But only my mother received the Biometrics collection letter. My father has not given biometrics in the past and hence would be required too, but we didn’t get a biometrics collection letter for him. How should we proceed? Dropped an email to Canada immigration and got an automated response that they will reply in 28 days.

My firm has applied for my L1A visa. If that gets denied, my plan is to travel to Canada and re enter US immediately on B1/B2 visa (already have valid B1/B2 stamp) so that I'll get time to figure out things here in the US (sell my stuff, handle my bank accts etc). Is it possible for me to reenter US on tourist visa?

Can H1B approved under consular processing but yet to be activated be transferred to another employer and can the new employer apply for transfer and change of status?

Can I start a side hustle on H1-B visa? Need to know the legal procedure to be followed. Any links to simplified details?
