I gave my first round interview today for RPA in SAP and it was taken by someone who is at the director level( from outside India). Is it common that for first round someone on a higher level appears to take interview? He was quite impressed and he told me several times. In case I'm clearing this round will I have another technical rounds. Any leads please. TIA.

Hii, so here is the thing I've applied Unilever's UFLP program almost 4 months ago, and I have passed tests, games, video interview and never heard from them 3 months. When I believed I was rejected, I received an email

"We would like to inform you that due to a global system problem, our evaluation process is delayed but still continuing. When it is completed, you will be contacted."

And this email was 1.5 months ago.

If i applied to BCG China 1 year ago & got rejected, can i reapply now with a consultant's referral to the US (no resume improvements, just referral + applying to new geography)? Does BCG track applications globally & do they strictly require 2 years new experience for reapplicants? Does anyone feel they interview poorly because of their nerves, even if you prepare prior to the interview and find good examples of your skills and experience to match the role requirements? My nerves always get the best of me and I tend to ramble when I’m nervous. I had a phone interview with the hiring manager and members of the team that the role would be working with and I feel like I shot myself in the foot a few times. Does anyone have any tips to get past their nerves in the interview?
