I had my final round of SDE1 interview at Dehaat 3 days ago, feedback came back positive and HR also had salary discussion. However just next day I got mail saying Dehaat has temporarily frozen hiring process. Anyone working at Dehaat can tell me what is happening at Dehaat currently? What’s your work-life balance like? I feel like I’m constantly working after hours, always balancing multiple projects, hardly ever going through a phase where there isn’t a ton of critical initiatives going on. It definitely wasn’t like this when I was a more junior PMM, but as a Senior PMM, my work-life balance has severely decreased. Is this just the nature of Product Marketing?
