Which project/client is it for ?
Tech Mahindra HRs will play with the candidates. Just few months back I had cleared all the interviews and submitted all documents for verification. But I didn't get any offer letter even after waiting for 1 month. I tried reaching out to the HR multiple times but she started ignoring my calls, messages and mails.
Please don't trust and hope for anything good from Tech Mahindra. HR department is too worst.

In career portal status is showing as "Applicant ID is synced to PACE HR"

No. My interview process is completed in 2 weeks and got offer letter next week
It varies from project to project so things may be different for you compared to others , make sure you keep giving interviews and not just rely on TechM
Same happened with me. I am a client select. Luckily, in my case the client ditched Tech M after I was onboarded. So, these guys could not do much other than moving me to bench. If they sense that the client/project whom you're hired for, is not coming in or moving out of Tech M, then you may not be hired. Don't depend on Tech M. Look out for opportunities outside.
