My current CTC is 7.7 with 6.5 Fixed.
I joined Accenture in May.
What will be the ideal fixed compensation to ask Deloitte?
My total work experience is 3 years 1 month and I am a SAP SCE Techno-functional consultant.
The figure I had in my mind was 14 LPA Fix.

Thoughts on “special” salary grades. I just found out the VP I was offered is not a grade 12 like most comparable roles (verified). Also not an 11, but an 11A. Slightly higher than an 11, a good bit lower than a 12. All due to the fact that it’s a leap from my current position. Why should that matter…..shouldn’t it pay what it should pay if I am selected, rather that curving down towards my current rate?

I just left my pre-seed startup that was running out of cash (we made $100,000 in revenue this year, and sunk $1m in costs). I was making $40,000 as a developer (plus 20k stock options at $1/share per year) and they refused to pay me any more money. I have 17,000 vested stock options, total number of shares at the time of my contract was 4million.
