Dear Fishes, I am in a conundrum currently. I have two offers. One from Deloitte USI (17.5 LPA fixed, 1.75 LPA variable and 1.5 L joining bonus). The other is from Infosys (25 LPA CTC. Permanent WFH. Negotiation is still on for this.)
Could you please be so kind as to help me decide which one to choose?
Thanks in advance,

Offcourse, yes. Every experience counts. You might like to connect with recruiter's over linkedin and also try to connect with employees of your targeted organization here or on linkedin. I am sure someone would refer you.
Good luck!!!!
Try to learn a technology and give off campus interviews.. you can get jod description details from Naukri
Trust me, in this sector (as a fresher):
- Your grades matter
- Your college matter (if you're aiming for companies like SAP Labs, Nvidia)
- Your specialization in B.E.? That my friend, doesn't matter.
All specialization/s are welcomed if you can verse well in computer jargon/s. If you're from Electronics and have an understanding of Javascript, you are good to appear for an off campus walk-in. As a fresher what we expect is - you know A,B,C of computer programming. Hope this helps!
What matter is IT industry is skill set on any programming language and demand for that skills and your practical experience. The number of years of experience doesn't matter lot.So focus on your skills and do some practical project. If you are fresher get some mentor whom you admire who will help you in creating and developing project.Once you get minimum of 2 yrs of job experience working in any company, you will start getting many opening by many recruiter depending on demand on that skills in market.I hope this will help you.
