I've recieved an offer from Morgan Stanley, my previous salary was around 6 Lpa and last offered was around 15 Lpa (WFH), I quoted 40 to 45% on top of that around 22 Lpa considering Mumbai location, WFO and Glassdoor pay range.
Did I just do a mistake by quoting too high a number? Please let me know your opinions.

Base salary: 120k

Sign-on bonus:10k

Hi fishes good morning. I joined CapG on 26th may 2021 as a Associate consultant.  Till this date i got appraisal as well as promotion also.
But this is not sufficient  for a 5 year experience Data Engineer. So i resigned on 12 th june 2022. My current CTC is 9 lpa and i asked them 15lpa for retain. Everything is fine from my Capgemini manager and client manager. Only i am expecting HR Call and that will happen next week as my manager said. Any suggestion what will be next CTC ? Thanks All

I was earning less than 5 LPA last year and my taxable income was only 2.5. In my full n final settlement the total TDS deducted was only 500 Rs. now this year as I have switched to 10 lpa, I want to know will my TDS deduct for the month of Feb and March??

Need info to compare between tcs and Capgemini for manager role...is it true that tcs provides 4% to 5% hikes but for cg it will be worse...like 0 to 2%...
