I have got an offer from 2 companies. 1 is digital comic company which is typa start up another one is a marketing agency which is offering me a job rather than internship for some reason. Comic one is offering me 25k for social media internship and marketing agency is offering me 32k for job I will get 28k on hand. (Continuing in comments)

Read that McK is paying 2K higher than BCG this year which means BCG will probably raise again next year to at least match. However, they can’t just copy McK with 2K to match because that would look bad so they’ll have to beat it again. Then McK and Bain will follow.
