I recently been victim of voice call fraud of 28000 on my credit card. Person who called me claimed he was customer representative of bank and there was service that got activated and need my confirmation to deactivate it.
Now I am remembering whole conversation it was like I was guiding him to bank account and asking him take my money.

way back 2017 one fraudster called me to claim SBI credit card welcome offer I eventually shared the details of Axis bank including OTP to transfer Claim amount to my debit card.
Luckily Axis bank blocked that tansaction and later i got a call from Axis bank that previous transaction was made by a fraudster and they blocked my Debit card for that reason.

If somehow your parents got to know then Do not tell them that you've guided all the way to nab your money else they will feel panic and rest you knw what they will think of you. Tell them that its just happened
Give a fraud complaint in bank asap.
Already reported yesterday. It's just embarrassing that I was fooled and so easily.
Curious, what confirmation, did you share any OTP?
And, login to net banking, disable transactions for all channels asap
If you want to claim those 28K, then you may be required to file FIR, prior to that, you should block CC.
Actually person claimed that he was a Customer representative and I have a credit card protection plan activated on my credit card which would charge around 50000 on for 5 years. This call was to confirm whether I want to keep it or deactivated. I have recieved similar calls before bank about services that got activated and they were genuine. Then he said need few details to confirm and a mail would be provided to me stating that service got deactivated. I was such a fool if i had withhold a single information this wouldn't have happened. Till today i was convinced that it was genuine call. But when I tried calling that number it was switched off and had chat with customer care if there was a call on my registered from there side they denied.
I came to know that I was duped.
Money is not recoverable as you have guided him by yourself. Something similar had happened with my brother (army fraud olx) but he was sending money through Paytm payment Bank. We registered the FIR and gave details to the police and Paytm nodal officer. We were able to recover amount and his account was blocked. It was around 1.5 lakh. Thanks to "jamtara" on Netflix.
I tried this helpline it's busy and no one picks up call after trying several time. i'll visit local police station.
