I'm an EU-based wanting to work remotely for a UK company via a recruiter. The recruiter said I need to be a limited company or use a UK umbrella company—but using a UK umbrella would mess up my tax status. I'd prefer to invoice directly using EU sole trader license. Has anyone done this? How did you handle contracts, invoicing, and tax compliance? Looking for advice or shared experiences from others who’ve done the same.

Does anyone else have to wait until they have all assignments turned in for the day to start grading? I have Geom classes in the a.m. and p.m. and my OCD doesn’t let me grade as they are turned in.

I finally was able to convince my principal that we need a consistent math intervention at the MS level (grades 5-8). (Right now, we are just "doing our own thing," which isn't helping students progress much.) Does anyone have any suggestions? It would be beneficial to have some sort of progress monitoring tool as part of the program, if possible. Our classes run roughly 55 minutes (which is too long for an intervention, in my humble opinion).

I wanted to share that I am in my first job as ui/ux expert and I am the only ux/ui person in the team. I am expected to take care of entire research and design of the product. It becomes very overwhelming as the product that I am working on is in a early phase and I am expected to think about ui as well as ux and also design entire app on my own.There is no user interview or user testing happening as my project manager thinks it can be done after product is launched. Question! I just moved(transferred) to another team of my company and received new title, graphic & creative services. I was a senior graphic designer at the previous team. What do you think about my new title?
