I’m currently working as a Global Category Manager. I worked in FP&A for 8 years and recently as of last August made the switch.

Does anyone know the current state of the job market? My experience is in MRO & Facilities.

For me it is how agile cross-functional teams with archaic tendencies have had to be to overcome! I hope that continues into 2022

I feel bad for the people who got into supply chain management and are burned out. I feel like they get the short end of the stick, and it truly is not a bad career at all, I think maybe some of them just aren't cut for it.

We found out one of our drivers may have a drinking problem. How? Bunch of empty bottles in his truck. Should I ask about this or just let him go to avoid being held liable in case an accident happens?
