Recently transitioned from an operations role to Product Manager role.

Got a new opportunity with Infosys as Senior Associate Consultant Banking Domain for 11LPA+1L Joining Bonus.

Now, as I transitioned to PM role, there are tons of opportunities to learn and grow, however, CTC and hikes are meagre.

Whereas, with the new opportunity, CTC is good, but cant figure out what career would be in Infosys and after.

AmEx paying slightly less than SVB.

Just how bad would it be to quit without a two week notice? I’ve been bait & switched into a horrible role, overworked to the point of having medical problems, and no amount of diplomatic talks with my manager has improved the day to day. My mental health and my personal relationships have been on a steady decline.

I don’t have another job lined up yet. But I’m danger close to quitting and taking my chances with freelance. Could it be worth it?

Does anyone have a lead on / advice on finding PM positions over $220k/yr? It seems like most positions I’m targeting are closer to $150k and I’m currently at $190+. I’m not sure I qualify for big tech Director level (would be open to and great for startup Director Level)…it seems I’m a great fit for many Sales Ops / GTM PM roles but most I’m finding promote the ~$200k+ people internally and the job reqs are ~IC 4/5. I’ve designed and implemented many successful worldwide programs.

One of my friend is having 1 offer in hand and she has signed offer letter with agreement for joining that company only and not to accept any offer from any other company ( even hike from current company ), what will happen if she deny to join that company? In agreement it describes that if candidate joins or accepts another offer then candidate will have to pay two salaries as per the offer letter.
