I am at Dallas and making 180 k plus 22% bonus. If i get a SM offer what should be good range. They mentioned min they are offering 200k. What should be good range for base, RSU , joining bonus etc. very early stage of discussion. I worked as Associate Manager back in 2016 Accenture

I have observed that people on testing domain or frontend are getting better pay than other new tech domains like blockchain, cyber security, data sci etc(4-11yr exp) .
For less than 4 years experience new tech job gettig good pay but others getting very less.
