Hello MBB squids, I need your valuable advice.

I am on course to getting an offer from Mck for the role of Data Analyst. Salary negotiations are pending. I also have a pretty neat offer from a tech product company for a role of consultant. If the Mckinsey compensation is almost similar to the product company, should I go for mckinsey ? I am in two minds because it's an Analyst role with no customer facing. Will that still add value to my career ?
Also please advice on career path for Analyst

HR opinion: Do I have any leverage as a hospital nurse case manager in negotiating earned time? I have 15 years within the organization, left for 10 months to be remote during the pandemic while sorting out childcare as immunocompromised family helped. Just got out of one of my final round interviews. It’s been over 8 weeks of prep. Got a little nervous and may have messed up on the case, PEI went okay. Have the other later this week.
