Hello Morgan Stanley folks, HR is offering me 47 LPA as base salary. Plus there will be pf and variable. Joining and relocation bonus is on the top of base salary and pf. This is just a verbal offer . I am still waiting for the official offer letter. My current base is 35 lakhs excluding pf and bonus. If someone having same structure, can you please tell me how much I will be getting in hand every month ? From tax saving standpoint, I have pretty much everything from home loan, nps, LIC .

The EY partner from country x is very interested in having me join their team but not sure about my GDS partner because they will be losing billing and may not like it. Im working at a big multi-product company and we're having 5 dedicated product teams, however, teams are working in silos. Each team's has its own process, design system, technology etc. We identified that most of the teams use and need components that were already conceptualised, designed and developed, for our other products, and we are starting to create a global set of components, a global design system that we will use on all our products. I had call with the HR for he position based out of Mumbai everything in interview and they are ready to share the offer. however, I quoted for 10 lakhs and they said for fixed pay of 8.75.
Although, i checked on Google as well average pay they are giving is 9.7 lakh
So should I accept the offer as per their negotiation or shall positively tell them why 10 lakh is justified?

I have an offer from @Morgan Stanley for 36 lpa.. 8 years, Java backend developer.. I am also about to have a managerial round with Mercedez Benz and Zscaler.. Morgan Stanley they said I initially I will have to work on existing applications and later move on to microservices project.. Both Benz and Zscaler are working on good tech stack.. Are any of these worth considering if they match what Morgan Stanley is offering?
