I actually wouldn't recommend nightlife. I'd recommend hobby clubs. Do things that you like with others who also like doing the same thing. From there, add daily or weekly challenges to yourself to be more outgoing (ie. Speak to one new person in the club this week)

Don’t think there is much nightlife in Vancouver. You can join meetup app and go on different events - that’s how I met my friends
Another idea would be to follow @weshouldbefriendsvancouver on Instagram - joined a great book club through that group.
On another note, we could connect & grab a coffee! I am also trying to make friends since I moved here a year ago & it’s been fun ☺️
OOOH I am definitely going to check this out! Thank you so much for sharing this!
Fitness clubs are all the rage right now in Vancouver and are full of young professionals. Posh clubs like Jaybird or House Concepts will run you 200+ a month or you can get a discount as a first timer, or get discount classes through ClassPass. I have met so many cool women (lots of good looking men as well if you’re trying to meet one) since going to these classes along with basically having a personal trainer. Hype music, games, fun vibes all around.
Depends on your interests. House Concepts: If it’s flexibility I recommend Danielle, Emma or Rakan’s yoga classes. If it’s strength training any of the Power classes will be great. If you want to do booty burn/core, Peach Season and Total BDY with Jade or Riley. The more intense classes are Combine, Fuse or any of the Boxing. Jaybird I know less about but I know their Thursday night Booty Burn classes are insanely popular. Hope that helps!
Have you gone to The Fortune Sound Club? It really is amazing down there! The vibe in the entire room will make your night. Good people, good music.
If you and your friends love or want to try craft beer, I strongly suggest The Alibi Room. I always recommend this to my foreign friends who wants to visit Vancouver.
If you're feeling a little brave to take over the mic on a karaoke, go to Numbers Cabaret. Nobody cares if you sing poorly. It's all about fun up there.
For my champagne loving friends out there, check The Trump Champagne Lounge. They have great variety of champagne and good food.
I don't recommend night clubs. I suggest fitness clubs or gym.
Try Soho Bar and Billiards. It's an amazing spot for cheap drinks and food. Staff are amazing as well. Definitely worth checking out.
