This made me chuckle.

Bain & Company Boston Consulting Group is too slow. For anything you wanna do inside the organization, 12 months of tenure is required. Even for promotions its the same no matter hoew exceptionally you perform.
Whereas Bain & Company has no such minimum tenure requirement. My colleague got promoted in 4th months of joining right out of college.
Give me 1 reason why I should accept the offer from BCG?

400k sounds way too pricey unless you’re doing air miles too... should be buy 4 with points, get a 5th free, max 45k points a night. Doing a suite in a category 9 in the Bahamas for 180k for 5 nights plus 70k united miles for roundtrip
320k for 2 rooms over 5 nights. 5th night free.
I stayed there over Christmas and it is very beautiful. Definitely more of a relaxing vacation than a sightseeing/active one so having the hotel be that nice was definitely a plus. They even had a platinum event (cocktails and passed food) one night. Really had a great time there and they were very nice. Because it’s a resort, you aren’t “entitled” to some of the platinum benefits but if you ask they’ll likely throw some stuff in (spa) or upgrade you still.
I’m assuming your booking 2 rooms over like 8 days to hit 400k points.
40k points/night*5 nights* 2 rooms = 400k points
Thanks for all the replies and I appreciate folks doing the math as well, but anyone else actually stay with kids?
